-The native PDF viewer seems to be gone and I was wondering if there was some magical way to get that back, currently running BB 4.5 if that helps

    - I cannot get GPS to work, have looked around a few places and some say to go into advanced options - gps - menu button - refresh gps, but i do not have this

thats all for now, oh and i hate the 160 character limit on SMS, quite annoying, however I have a way around it but was wondering if there was an easier fix...
    thanks

160 on a non EMS phone (ie a smart phone) is pretty tough. What about your GPS is not working? BB Maps or Navigator?

BB maps and google maps, BB maps cannot find satellites, and yeah i just send really long MMS messages to get around the 160 limit which isn't too bad

And docs 2 go is installed but i cannot view PDFs for some reason, but i can view .docs

This is cause Verizon has disabled your GPS for everything but VZNavigator. Sucks big time

In certain specific situations, a few users have been able to make your idea work. The key seems to be using VZNav in "Follow Me Mode." It is not a general solution.

Here is a link that covers pretty much everything that's known about Verizon and the internal GPS: http://forums.crackberry.com/f61/gps...0-update-1279/
