im new to CB. but im loving it.
except the "tough guy" assholes that i've seen.
haha. but yeah, im getting "another" BB 8310. and i should be getting it by saturday.
and i also ordered a blue track ball haha.
so can anybody show me a tut on how to do that? [also for the keyboard cause im going to order one soon]

If your asking about how to pop out the trackball and replace with a new one -- it's a snap. Just use a butter knife or something not too sharp and pointy. Even the edge of a credit card'll do just fine. You'll see a a little lip you can pry under and viola -- pop off the old one with the aforementioned butter knife.
Lay you phone down, with the keypad toward you. Imagine the hole where the trackball goes as a clock. Look at the new ball - it'll have three little knibs on it -- -- position the knibs at at 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock, and 9 o'clock so there's the entire upper half of the circle with no knibs. then press it into the hole.
The whole operation takes about 10 seconds. You can prolly even do it with your fingernail standing on your head while humming amazing grace.Last edited by alex1; 03-26-09 at 06:54 PM.
