Email set up

hello everyone

this is my first post ive been reading the forum for a while...my wife got a blackberry well then i had to have one so i went with 8359i for the dc and well sprint service dosnt work in my office and nextel does... anyways
i love the phone, it had some drawback and i was ready to return a few hrs laters but hey it started working badass....
well back to the reason i am here posting.... i cant seem to figure out how to set up email. I start the setup wizard then email set up well only option is for setting up with bes. which i dont have... i just want to set up a reg. aol email and maybe gmail.... any advice...
