[Tech16]

Newbee here,I have a brand new Cruve and Im unable to scroll emails and text messages.When I check my emails and scroll to the bottom it does not show me all of the emails from the prior days.I know i have 10 emails from WED and only shows 4 and the last email is cut off and can only see the tops of the letters.It worked fine up till today.Thanks for any help

Try a battery pull

With the phone on pull it out for 30 seconds and put it back in

Been there and done that,still same issue.Have done a hard reset and a soft reset.
