    Hi again guys

Everytime I send an email from my phone or my computer, I get the sent message on my phone in my inbox. How do I shut that off?

I can't find it anywhere on the phone.

    Thanks!

This might be what you are looking for. I did it and it helped me a few weeks back.

No sent messages filter within your BIS settings.

To fix this, open your BlackBerry Internet Services portal login and create a new filter.

    Filter Name: Block Sent Items

    Apply Filter When: "From" field

    Contains: [email protected]

Now check "Do not forward messages to device" and click Save. Exist the BIS website and your own email wont reach your BlackBerry again.

If you are on Microsoft Exchange server, you may disable the synchronization of Sent Items folders (that contains your emails sent from the Exchange mailbox) via BlackBerry itself.

That post made my brain hurt.

Maybe someone else can be easier about it.

I have a Mac by the way.

Tremortality's post was right on but here is a thread that explains in more detail (read first):

    THEN

to set the filter you will need to log into here:

    BlackBerry Internet Service

And Tremortality's post had nothing to do with Mac vs. PC, nor did chrisy520's as the BIS sites are accessible through your browser, whether it be on a Mac or a PC.
