I just got my replacement phone, did my back up and today I notice that my email isn't working, everytime I send an email I just get the X sign....some one help..please

Just a thought, but you might have to go through the email setup again on your new phone.

Log into your carriers BIS site and resend the service books to your phone. If you don't know how to do that, you can always call your carrier and ask them to resend the service books.
