    How can I get my emails to come up with "hot" links that I can click on? Right now my emails all come up text only...no pix, no links I can click on, etc. HELP!

    Are you receiving any html emails? If they are just text emails you won't be able to click on anything. If you are receiving html based emails I'd try resending service books or delete your email account in your BB and readd it as the latest version od BIS now supports html emails.

    Make sure you have HTML email enabled - Messages > MenuKey > EMail Settings > Enable HTML Email = Yes
