Hi-

I am new to BB, so please forgive me if this is a redundant question.

I have set up 2 email accounts on my BB. One is Hotmail and the other is a work email account. The problem I'm having is that I only receive email from one or the other account...not both. The reason I 'seem' to be having this problem is that if I go under Email Settings, whichever account I select for "Message Services" is applied to both accounts. So, if I select my hotmail account, I only get my hotmail emails, and vice versa. The same thing happens under Email Reconciliation.

Can anyone please tell me how to fix this problem?

Delete both accounts, do a battery pull, resend your service books, add accounts back.

Ok, I'll try that...should the selection under Email Settings be distinct to the account, or can you only select one account to apply to all accounts?
