    Hi,
    I bought a used 8330 off. ebay Is there a "reset" or anything to wipe the old owners information off this phone? This is my first blackberry and im pumped about the whole thing. So any help would be awesome!

    I believe you go into option then security options, hit the menu key and go to wipe handheld and type the word blackberry.

    Same thing happened to me when I got my first 8830 off eBay. You shoud reply to everyone and tell them the original owner died is a horrific accident.
