Ok for the last week or so I've had my email notifyer showing I have one message I've done every thing I can think of but still won't disappear I've tried changing the them, battery pull, reconciling it,**** I even deleted the accounts from my bb and it still won't go away any ideas?

check your messages folder for a missed call you have not cleared.

Ok I've whent through every mesasage folder on the phone and delted all of the messages in each one and the icon is still up any more ideas?

Check your call log by hitting the green button to the left of the BB button. See if there are any listed in bold.

I did a battery pull on mine and it went away.I was having the same thing happen to me

I now have this problem for the first time today. Been using 5.0 since it came out. Checked out everything and its still there. Any ideas?

I had one once that I couldn't figure out. Turned out to be that stupid "direct send info" message.

As quick as it appeared, it is now gone. On its own. Just another strange glitch.
