I dropped my blackberry 8310 on a hard floor and the camera doesnt work. Everytime I try to use the camera or the video feature a black screen pops up immediately or after one shot and it wont go away until I do a battery pull. I can view pictures and videos but i cant take new ones. Im very devastated...there is no other physical damage to my phone, not even a scratch...I had the hard case on but i need to get the camera fixed.
Do you have insurance through your carrier to replace the phone? Guess I was lucky. I dropped mine onto a hard floor and it froze up. But after a battery pull it worked as before the drop. Don't know where you can get something like that fixed.
