Download Zip File/Convert To OTA

I wanted to know if there is anyway that someone could download/unzip a theme on a regular pc and then turn it into an OTA file?

I am asking because there is a theme I have been looking at for months and you can only get it in a zip file. I have no pc of my own. All I have is my Blackberry.

So is it possible (if I can get someone to do it) for someone to download this theme on their pc then convert it into an OTA and either post the OTA link or email it to me?

Any help with this question will be greatly appreciated!

I would try emailing the author of the theme and see if u can get him/her to send u an ota link.. if not, the library has computers.. Sorry I'm not of more help...
