They are Closed Right now and i dont want to call and ask because i was planning on going in there and telling them that i am the primary account holder... thats why im asking here
Sounds like you have your mind made up. Don't lie, they will ask for ID. They are not idiots. Talk to the primary account holder, they can give you ccertain permissions on what you can do on your account. One of them is to upgrade equipment. Talk to them and have them set that up. Good luck!
The primary account holder and I already went and got the Curve. Its just That i am the only one that will be able to pick it up TOmmorrow and thats why Im asking if Anybody knows Wheter or not they have a Policy against doing that. I know T-Mobile can be pretty strict with those things....
If your name is not on the account, or the Primary account holder doesn't have a note placed on the acct authorizing you to pick it up, you may not be able to get the phone.
Do not lie and say you are the primary, if you do and they ask for ID, the repercussions on the account aren't good.
well i have an id but the thing is,is that my mom has a different last name than me.....

Do NOT tell them you are the primary account holder. Have your mother (if it's her account) call ahead and have a note placed on the account permitting you pickup. Do NOT jeopardize your mother's account with T-Mobile.
As long as you can verify the name on the account, address, and last 4 of the primary account holders social they'll do whatever you want. At least that's been my experience.
