    I've never downloaded ringers from the AT&T site for my Bold but my suggestion???? Download them from Funformobile, Myxer, or right here on CrackBerry for FREE ringers...

    you do not need DM to load ringtones onto your BB . Just enable mass storage and copy and paiste them in to your ringtone folder. If you need help doing this just let me know .

    you must have a media card in order to enable mass storage. (E-bay has 4 gb for $5 ) otherwise you would need the DM and load from there. Did your phone not come with a CD to install software on comp ?

    install the media card into your phone . While its rebooting then install CD into comp . Use the usb cable to connect the Handheld to the comp then start DM .

    If it's a used memory card, it's best to format the card in the BB first.

    Options, Media Card, Options, Format Card.
