My gf's sister is updating her curve via DM, and its been sitting at step 3 of 12, module i67 or 400 and something, for about an hour. Any advice?

Edit: she disconnected it and apparently its working just fine, but I told her to do a bp just to be safe... Should she try updating it again?

You should try to update it again, if it still doesn't work, do a clean update.

Nice, I actually had this same problem I thought I upgraded my device but apparently I didn't so I went in and tried it over ... It got stuck and I tried it again idk what happened but I pulled the battery twice and it took forever to come back on but when it finally did the phone finished the update and now all is well
