You posted that one from PhotoBucket. There is a
button to edit the pic, from there you can choose resize.
Give it a try and repost so you see what it looks like.

Also, i tried editing the pic of me to be cut down in dimension but it didnt take for some reason. And i cant seem to delete the code now. Just wanted to let ya know i was trying for 320x240 for that one...dunno why it didnt work.
