Hi there,

So I added two new pics in my memory card and ever since I turned on my phone, it freezes immediately. I do a hard reset and once everything loads it freezes again.
I took out the memory card and used a usb adapter and took out the pics and put it back in but it still freezes. As soon as it resets, the curve freezes.

Any help? Thanks!

Have you tried to restart it without the memory card in? It may need to be reformatted if it works without it.

Agree, the card might have a corrupted file system and needs to be formatted.

Take the card out, transfer your files to your computer. Reformat the card in the computer, then reinstall in the BB and reformat the card in the BB again. Use Mass Storage mode to transfer your files back to your card.
