All of the keys on my Blackberry had stopped working about a week ago. There was no water damage as far as I know, because the sticker on the battery and the sticker behind the battery are still perfectly white. I find this odd though that the keys had all stopped working (only work once in awhile for about 10 minutes) and I got a new phone from the Rogers company but I heard they inspect the old one ~hardcore~ and if they find water/moisture/physical damage, they make you pay $550. My old phone has no hope of working but I don't want to have to pay $550 just in case? There's no water under screen, foggy screen, etc... Should I do it anyway?

If you can't fix it, returning it would be the best option. Take it to them and see what they say.
