I have a curve 8320, running with OS 4.5.0.52. I downloaded family fued and guitar hero 3 for my phone. Both games require a internet update for downloads but everytime I try it tells be connection failed. I have unlimited data plan for my phone so don't get it at all. Is there like a secret firewall for this or something? Any help would be greatly appreciated cause I don't wanna delete them cause I can't update them.

Did you set up the APN information under TCP options.

    Options > Advanced > TCP.

APN: wap.voicestream.com. There is no username or password.

Thank you thank you thank you. I didn't have a username and password. But at the same time I didn't have the web address in there either.

That fixed everything but the guitar hero 3. Lol. Any ideas for that game? It says "a network connection is required. Check your phone settings for this game."

You may have to set all the permissions to allow for the app.

Options > Advanced > Applications > Guitar hero > Menu > edit permissions.

Just expand each of the three seconds and make sure they are set to allow. Other than that I don't know.

That doesn't work either. Any other ideas out there?
