    why cant i view my videos? the guy at the ATT store said that i need to comvert them into AVI or MPEG4 first. he also mentioned something about having to change the resilution of the videos to 320/210. does that sound right? if so, how do i do this? by the way, he told me about this site too. thanks for the help.
