but any other sim but mine works ok with no problems booting up and my sim card works fine in other mobile phones

It keeps getting stuck where its a white backround with blackberry accross it and wont go no further ive done a battery pull ect but cant seem to get it to go that little bit extra to load up

Any help would be great thanks

I have solved it myself now so no help necessary any more.

What i did was opened bb desktop manager while my sim was out of phone and i clicked upgrade but i was already on latest software so i picked the previous software i had and installed that and it sorted my problem out so if any1 has similar problem just give it a shot as it worked for me
