    New Computer wont recognize blackberry curve 9360 to download pictures, downloaded software but still doesn't work.

    Are you using the "Sync media" option when you plug the usb from the device into the cpu?

    I am having an issue with a curve, I am trying to take pictures from it but it is not being seen in windows 7 file explorer. I installed the BB software and it says connected and in device manager in windows i see it connected yet it wont show up in windows explorer and in devices i right click on see files and its drive letter F is grayed out? Do they need to have an SD card in them? i saw the above post and when i connect BB to PC nothing pops up at all, I have the usb mass storage on in BB settings. i am not sure what else could be wrong? Any suggestions? could the BB need an OS update
