I have a brand-spanking new Curve (my first Blackberry! ). When I change to a new ringtone, the phone no longer rings, but vibrates only even though the profile is set to "normal". The first time I ever changed a ringtone this happened; I punched some button that fixed the problem but now have no clue what I did and it's happened again.

Anyone know how to fix this?! Tnx!

Have tried setting profiles to normal and loud. They appear to be checked and the desktop icon indicates they're set correctly, but the phone only vibrates.

Tried removing and reinserting battery. Icon still shows "loud" as profile setting but phone onle vibrates for incoming calls.

Go to profiles scroll down to advanced options go in there to phone open it. In there on the bottom change do not disturb to no hit save. That should do it.
