Is there a program that I can buy to change the colour of my LED indicator? I'd love it if I could change the colour to match different sort of alerts (like email versus SMS). Is this at all possible?

I purchased BerryBuzz... you can assign different colors for different email address and SMS... and it will vibrate and ring for phone calls.

yes along with purple, white, cyan, and custom colours u can make by mixing different intensities of red blue and green..

In BBAlerts there is:
Blue, Red, Purple, Green, White, Cyan, Yellow, Orange, and 3 custom colors that you can set up using RGB Values.

You can assign them to:
Missed Calls
Missed SMS
Missed Emails
Missed Pin (must be red, been like this since day 1)
Missed Voicemail
Reminder Event
Idle Alert

You can also adjust the flash times, and it can log all events.
