    My problem is that for the last two days, at least twice a day my email stops receiving/sending and my blackberry messenger doesn't work. Whenever I do a battery pull it solves the problem, but it is so frequent I don't want to continue to do this, is there a permanent solution?

    In some cases I missed important emails and didn't realize that it had stopped working.

    Any help is appreciated.

    go to options>advanced options>host routing table>menu>reg now.

    I tried that yesterday, the problem is, is that my emails stopped again this morning.

    I want to have to stop doing that.

    handheld os update maybe, replace the berry with a new device, hard to say what will or will not resolve the issue.

    BB email or other , web based? You might delete in BIS and reset it up. Have you installed 3rd party stuff lately?

    Okay, I resent the service books, and it has been good since, except for one thing, my bis email won't receive on the device.

    I'll try deleting it and setting it back up.

    I deleted the bis account and set it back up and everything works fine for now, I hope I don't have to do this often.
