    Hi!

    I bought four 9360 from a crashed company.
    I recovered the first one without any problems. The second one had IT policy, which I removed with blackberry loader /resettofactory.
    But I can't handle the two last ones.

    I'm trying to update but can't choose all apps. Only few ones (see the screenshot).

    Why I can't install all apps like Blackberry World, Facebook etc? What I have to do?

    Hi and welcome to CrackBErry.
    Looks to me like the phone has not been wiped. Can you do a security wipe first and then reload the software?
    From what I remember....
    Maybe someone has a better idea tho. Hang tight. Someone will post here soon.

    Have you tried Full Erase/BBSAK or other and then Loader?
