    Yesterday when my husband made calls on his 8310 no one could hear him and he couldn't hear them. We called AT&T tech support and it turns out all he had to do was pull the battery. Fixed it right off. My question is....is this an ongoing issue with the 8310s? Has anyone else noticed this? I want to make sure that this isn't a 'dud' phone that I need to go ahead and get replaced before the 30 day return period is up.

    I know this was a problem on an earlier OS for the Pearl. Check and see if there's a later OS for your phone.

    but I can be heard. On my end, I hear absolutely nothing...like the phone never dialed, but the time clock is running and says it's connected. I am getting a wierd notice that my calls are being "Conditionally forwarded"????
