I had an email addy on my 8310 and I killed the account then gave it to my hubby. I bought another 8310 and tried to sign up for the same name and it says its taken. I'm pretty sure no one else took it, its not a common name. I even tried to just sign in with it, but there didn't seem to be an option to do that anywhere, it only lets me sign up for the account. Any ideas how I can get the old one back?
It's still attached to your old PIN. Best thing you could do is call your carrier to switch the PIN. You could also do this via your carriers BIS web site.
