    I installed the audible app (newly available for 8900), but when I try to run it, I get an 'unable to connect to network' error.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    I am with Rogers BTW.

    Oddly enough I always get that error unless I'm at home using my UMA connection. Won't work for nothing under straight EDGE.

    Yes, I've had the same issue. I have to have WiFi on when I first connect to Audible. Once it's logged in once, then it works fine without it. In the older versions of the app you could set WiFi or network preferred, but I can't find that option in this version and it seems to be set on WiFi by default!
