    Hello,

    Just purchased my new BB... learning how to use it ...however...

    I cannot view any Jpeg files that come as attachments with my emails on my GMAIL or other mails accounts on to the BlackBerry.

    What do I do??

    I think you have to save them to your Blackberry first and then you can view them.

    You must have BIS/BES service for the Blackberry attachment viewer to be active.
