I just switched from bb bold 9780 to a curve 9360. When I used the 9780 I used to get the bb dots on the side of the wifi signal logo even when I was not using BIS and was instead using a normal data plan from vodafone india. When I tried to set up bbm yesterday on the curve it says "insufficient coverage....". I am able to use bb world, twitter,fb,browser and all other apps except BBM. Any suggestions how to fix this ? And btw I am running 7.1.0.523

Hi there, sounds like your new PIN hasn't been registered at Vodafone, have you rang them? Or you can register host routing table yourself?

The only way you would get the dots is through BIS no other way.

No, it is carrier registration. Just get your carrier to register your new pin
