    Hello. About three days ago, I received a refurbished 8330 from Verizon because the one before that was stopped working properly (different story). I have since then registered the phone to the internet network (Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table....) and I still cannot send/receive e-mail through my Blackberry.net registered e-mail address.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    Have you resent your service books on the new device? Do you have any other email accounts, and if so, do they work properly?

    I don't believe I resent my service books. How do I go about doing that?

    Log in to your BIS from a computer. and I refuse to read the manual

    Click HELP and then click Send Service Books.

    Be sure that you have changed the PIN (using the "Change Device" feature) from the original device to the current device in the BIS settings.

    Note that if you do not know the user name and password to log in to the BIS, then call Verizon Customer Support and they can reset them for you.
