I think you go to your youtube account on a computer & set up your mobile uploads. You get an email address & you send a video from your phone to that address. I'm pretty sure that's how it works

If you cand do it directly, just use medacoder an transcode the video to xvid/faac and then upload it to yutube, I dont use to upload videos but with other phones this technique has worked perfectly.
