Can I force my phone on to a network?

I'm just curious if I can force this phone on to a network by putting some kind of file on it, I'm having trouble connect this unlocked device to a network

What network are you trying to connect to?

You need to find out the frequency the carrier operates on... then check your device to ensure compatibility...

It's hardware related, if your device doesn't have the band/frequency the carrier you wish to use operates on you won't receive service.
