Blackberry 8330 on Verizon broke. Just got a refurb unit from Asurion. It works and functions okay, but it is a piece of junk. Parts don't feel right, colors are mismatched, etc. Was told by a friend that Verizon Wireless store (not Asurion) will replace phone with new phone if there's a JVM Error 102. SO, I know this sounds crazy, but any idea how to cause one of these error message?
