My camera won't open I keep getting a notification that says could not start camera. Close other applications and try again. Well I pulled the battery and when it restarted I tried again and it does the same thing. Nothing is open what is wrong?

There might be a lot of apps running at once. Hold down the menu button and close all the running apps, and start up the camera again. If it still doesn't start, an OS update would be my suggestion, or reloading the OS.
