When someone calls me,
it rings and whatnot, but the phone screen doesn't show up
I can't see who's calling.
Did I change a setting, or is my phone messed up?

First of all ~ welcome to the world of BB and CB. You'll be addicted in no time at all.

My first question is... Did you change something that you can remember?

Second... have you tried a battery pull yet? This will solve quite a few anomalies you will experience.

I don't remember changing any settings, but I was messing around with a few things the other day.
I'll try the battery pull, I've actually discovered that trick on my own, but didn't think of it for this.
I've had my BB for 2 months, but i'm still learning, and just discovered this sight. thank you!

You're welcome. I've done the same thing many times. Made some changes, then things went a little screwy and couldn't remember what I've done.

Keep us posted on how it goes after the battery pull...

well, my unread messages icon is normal again, lol, it wasn't showing the little star for a few days, but its back
and the caller screen seems to be back
