When ever i make a call on any of my other phones there was a call timer to tell you the duration of the call. But on the BB i can not find that option anywhere on the phone to tell me how long i have been on the phone. My buddies curve with Sprint show the call timer on his phone..

    Anyone have any ideas??

What OS version is on your phone? Options, About third line down.

Version 4.5.0.138 is missing the call timer.

I am running 4.5.0 on my Curve... Is there a way to update the OS to get that feature?

4.5.0 what??? The last 3 digits are the important ones, like .138, .160, etc.

You can downgrade to 4.5.0.131 or upgrade to 4.5.0.160 to get your call timer back.

I would advise you to use your BB for a couple of weeks to become more familiar with it before attempting to do any OS upgrades/downgrades.

I doubt it, Telus released this same OS months ago.

I can't understand why VZW released the same OS.

It's not that big of a deal that I don't have a call timer on screen, but I would like it...I will deal with it. I only like official OS...just me

No, I don't. I don't understand why you put so much faith in in Verizon. Look how long they had .77 out, speakerblast and all.

.131 for me.........LOL. .160 is a nightmare. It lags the OS bigtime on my Curve.

    Honestly I don't know.

If you want your call timer you could go with .131.
