Well my time has come to an end with the curve 8530 I actually love this phone the only down fall was the size and no flash on the camera.

Its time for me to move on. Two lines on my account had an upgrade so with the buy one get one free my husband is getting the droid and Im getting the bold .

I started out with a pearl, curve 8330, storm 1, curve 2, now bold 9650. Out of those all the storm was by far the worse phone ever. I had several of those until I finally gave it up. Now its collecting dust on my dresser and its still new.

I'm looking to the bold arrival today and great hopes it will do everything I've wanted in my bb

Honestly, I kinda wanna switch to 9650 because it has better specs and features than my Curve. But I'm pretty content with my Curve 8530, can live with it for 2 more years xD....

Yep good to hear your still a bb user i have a 8520 and i am content with my 8520 for now anyway. I also could not live without my bb.

One of these days ill go pay full price for a new phone. But I might have to wait til next march or so and see if anyone unlocks the Verizon iPhone.
Would be pretty sweet to rock the iPhone and have the BB.

Haha, is Verizon really gonna carry iPhone? I've read so many blogs, news, etc. about that.

But Verizon should really carry iPhone because I think Verizon is better than AT&T.

I just came back to a bb from the iphone 3G. Its a great device however the latest OS 4.0 update is horrible. More and more dropped calls. My wifes iphone is still great on 3.1.3. No issues with hers.
But the camera with flkash does nothing for me, I was comtemplating on getting the 9000 over the 8520. But just liked the smaller phone and I've had a 8530 on verizon before.
I too heard a rumore of the iphone on verizon, hope they get their network right for talk and surf at the same time, if not they will ruin the principle of the phone.

I am very content with my 8530 and know Ill be happy for at least a few more months. But I usually get a new phone at least once a year and occasionally twice if I feel like it so I might switch if some good BB comes to Sprint late this year or early next year

The 8530 is a great phone. Now that I have the bold I'm completely satisfied. If the 8530 had a flash that would of been the perfect phone for me..I love taking pictures and I need that flash. The size of the bold is perfect just the look and feel I've been wanting..no complaints so far..

Good to hear you're enjoying new bold. I'm getting that phone in a bout 2 and a half more years, xD
