After I upgraded to OS 4.5 this morning, when I go to the "Browser", it now brings me to a page that says "Services, Email accounts, Settings, Change Device, Language, etc.." instead of the browser.

The browser worked before upgrading.

Everything else works such as email and instant messaging.

Do I have to do something from scratch now that I've upgraded?

Have you tried a battery pull? I will look thru some forums to try to help.

This is a well-known consequence of upgrading. You just need to refresh your HRT: Options / Advanced Options / Host Routing Table / Register Now.

A battery pull will not fix this problem.

OK - turns out what it was was that one of the initial setup screens wasn't "finished". I did a "switch application" and saw it running, switched to it, clicked "finish", and then the browser was working.
