    i dont think its a date code, but how about the person that installed the software when the phone was first made? you know like a quality control tag number.

    .128 branding number here. Maybe it has something to do with a sector in the processing plant? I.e. We got so many .128s back, we need to fire them all. Lol, I dunno, that's my best guess.
