Hey everyone, I tried searching for this but couldn't find a specific thread for my q. Is it possible to use a blue tooth ear piece to listen to mp3s on my 8330? Not a stereo headset, I have a motorola HS850 (one of the older models, got it when the razrs first came out) and it would be great I'd I could get it workin cuz I need it for work :/.

I have the HT500 and it will not work with the Media Player. My HT820 works fine but, it's a stereo headset.

Arg, it tries to play it through my bluetooth but I just get a hissing sound. Its like my bluetooth headset doesn't support playback on it :/

Consider the Plantronics Voyager 855 - it is a regular BT until you add the thin cord and earoiece for the other ear and - ta da I stereo! It works well for me!

I use the Jabra BT530. I particularly like it for podcasts and audio books.

You just need to select a headset that supports 'A2DP'.

The curve recognizes the ear piece for phone calls and stereo head set for music as part of it's bluetooth services when you pair the devices. Bluetooth is just a wireless communication medium. The devices you use on it must tell each other what service(s) the device supports.

To listen to music through a bluetooth, the headset must be a stereo headset, I suggest the jabra 8040 or if you want both ears, the motorola s9.
