One of my Tmo 8900's will not boot up. Instead I get the red light blinking in sets of 4!! Is this a simple example of needing to reboot the OS or is this phone bricked and now just a paper weight??

I am not sure what the problem is but you can fix it if it is Bricked/Nucked
