My phone is brand new and I woke up today to it saying "signal off". I don't know how to fix it because this is my first blackberry. I tried managing connections but it keeps unchecking itself. I also have a clear case cover that I can't remove to try removing the battery. Can anyone help me?

Someone posted you can hit alt delete with the button in the right lower corner ( I believe it is that one) and it will reset your phone like cnt alt delete on a pc. If that does not work you need to figure out how to get the case off to do a battery pull. There is also a quickpull app...

Thank you. I got the cover off, did a battery pull and it worked.
