    Hey,

    I own a Blackberry curve 9300.
    Recently it has been having this strange problem. Whenever I plug in my charger then in some time the battery and the charger both get heated up even though the battery keeps charging. Plus the clock displays again and again even after removing it. I've tried many other chargers as well as batteries of the same phone. Turns out both the battery and charger are fine. I even had the charging socket replaced, didn't help either.

    Please help.

    How old is the battery? I had similar issues with an old 8330 battery years ago, and had to get a replacement because the internal circuitry had failed.

    The battery is new.
    Purchased about one and a half months ago.
    How did you fix your problem?

    Had it replaced.
