Hi,

My BB Curve 9320 is playing this really fun game with me, where if I don't have it constantly plugged in to the charger, it's constantly at risk of restarting itself, usually many times in a row and it tends to kill my battery.

I'm on os 7.1 bundle 1319, I've tried to update on my phone (it says I have the latest up to date software) and through Blackberry Desktop (it doesn't let me connect to the update server).

I'm not sure whether this is a software issue or a hardware issue, but if anybody could help me out, I would appreciate it. Thanks!

It may be a faulty battery, if you can try a new battery.

I had a BlackBerry Storm, that after a couple years the battery went bad. It would start a reboot cycle and after a few reboots the battery was completely "dead". Put it on charge and after a few minutes it would report the battery was full charged, then after awhile it would reboot till it was "dead" again.
New battery fixed it.
