I have a bb curve 9300 and suddenly the mobile network and internet won't work on it. In the service status it says that BIS and BES aren't connected, however the mobile network is connected. But I can't send or receive any calls or texts, bbm isn't working, but my wifi seems to be working ok, but it says it's not connected... On the home screen at the top it looks as if everything is connected but nothing is working! I'm so confused! My bill has been paid so that can't be it. I have done a soft reload so many times.

Lets have you try an HRT, that is go to the Options wrench, then Device, then Advanced, the Host Routing, then press the BB (or menu) key on your keyboard and select Register Now. Follow this by doing a Send Service Books, go to the Setup icon, then sign on to your email, press the BB button and select Service Books, and then select Send Service Books, finally do a battery pull.
