To install to any carriers 8520:
Double click install file to install to your computer.
Go to C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\ResearchInMotion\Applo ader and delete the Vendor.xml file.
While in the same folder, then double click the Loader.exe file.
Step your way thru to the finish. Do not unplug device until the Apploader Wizard displays "loading operation successful". This process may take up to 45 minutes
