hi guys, how many of you faced the problem with the 9320 of rebooting itself? i know 3 other people than myself that have had it, did most people have it or was it a bad batch of phones? i loved my 9320 but my Q5 is even better! i do miss some features that OS7 had/has that OS10 does not have though.

I don't recall reading about the Curve 9320 in particular and random reboots issues, but that doesn't mean it isn't so. Check out our Curve 9220/9320 Forum for other members having same issue.

I never had a 9320, but I did have the 9330, which is basically the samething, and I never had an self reboot that I can remember. Like other legacy OS devices, it needed rebooted often, but it never done it on its own.

Perhaps it is a issue with the battery contacts?

i replaced the battery, i reinstalled the OS, the only thing for a temp fix was using a bit of paper under the battery, it was an official battery aswell, not sure why it happened, could never let my phone drop to 80percent or it'd reboot either way

Is it the battery contacts on the actual phone? Like inspect them and see if they are burnt, dirty or bent.

How long have you had it? Might be something you can get a replacement for if it is within the first year of you owning it. Definitely doesn't sound normal to me.

i dont use it anymore, ive got my Q5 now, i was just wondering like incase anyone who has that problem now, i tried nearly everything but it didnt work i gave up
