ok so when i got my first blackberry back in december everything worked then like about 4 weeks ago it broke so i called and got a new 1 yadda yadda yadda andd ever since i got it when i click on the sprintsoftware store it says all thee stuff then at the bottom theres 2 buttons 1 says i agree then disagree i click agree and it says "http error 404 : not found the page you are trying to load could not be found please try loading a differnt page.
and if i press details it says NOT FOUND the requested url/images/refresh.jpg
was not found on this server
what do i do ??

and how can i watch videos like from youtube and ect?

The first question usually means the web page isn't available, usually due to high traffic on the server, you can try again later. It also could be caused by poor signal to your phone.

The second question. Are you going to the mobile site? m.youtube.com

Lol yeh I hate goin to the sprint store site. Juz go to menu then go to and type in msn.com or any other mobile site. Youtube website is m.youtube.com like he ^^ said
